摘要
天然气烟气中水蒸气含量较高,大多未被回收而直接排入大气中,回收烟气中水蒸气的冷凝热,不仅能从外观上实现“消白”的目的,更能显著提高天然气的利用效率。根据天然气烟气水蒸气冷凝温度回收烟气热量以制取高温热水为目的,研究该工况下高温电动热泵适配混合工质的性能,对R134a+R245fa、R124+R245fa、R227ea+R142b、R134a+R142b、R124+R152a和R227ea+R152a六种二元混合工质进行理论研究,分析它们在蒸发温度为40~50℃,冷凝温度为70~80℃工况下的循环性能。通过对比分析,最终得到R134a+R245fa(0.4/0.6)在该工况下的循环性能最优。
Most of natural gas flue gas has not been recycled and directly discharged into the atmosphere due to its high content of water vapor.However,its recycle can not only eliminate“whitening”in appearance,but also significantly improve the utilization efficiency of natural gas.To produce high-temperature hot water based on the recovered heat of flue gas from the condensation temperature of natural gas flue gas and water vapor,this paper studies the performance of high temperature electric heat pump.The theoretical research is carried out on six binary mixtures R134a+R245fa,R124+R245fa,R227ea+R142b,R134a+R142b,R124+R152a and R227ea+R152a.Their cycle performance at the evaporating temperature between 40℃and 50℃and at the condensation temperature between 70℃and 80℃is studied.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that R134a+R245fa(0.4/0.6)presents the best cycle performance under such conditions.
