摘要 储能系统的选型作为储能参与电网调峰调频规划的首要环节,对储能的推广应用具有重要意义。提出基于层次分析法AHP(analytic hierarchy process)和客观权重赋权法CRITIC(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation)相结合的电网调峰调频储能系统选型方法。通过分析储能系统在调峰调频场景下的工况特性,构建了适于储能系统选型的两层决策指标体系。基于专家经验和技术需求,利用AHP法确定第一层指标权重。综合考虑指标内的变异性及各指标之间的冲突性,采用CRITIC法确定第二层决策指标权重。通过综合两层决策指标的权重,给出各种类型储能系统的综合评分。该方法为电网调峰调频的储能电站规划提供了理论依据,具有一定的工程应用价值。 The selection of energy storage system is the primary link of energy storage participation in the planning for power grid peaking shaving and frequency regulation,and it is of significance for the promotion and application of energy storage.In this paper,a method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and criteria importance though intercrieria correlation(CRITIC)is proposed to select an energy storage system for power grid peaking shaving and frequency regulation.By analyzing the operating conditions of the energy storage system in the peaking shaving and frequency regulation scenario,a two-layer decision index system for energy storage system selection is constructed.Based on expert experiences and technical requirements,the AHP method is used to determine the index weights in the first layer.Considering the variability within indexes and the conflict between each of them,the CRITIC method is used to determine the index weights in the second layer.The comprehensive score for various types of energy storage system is given by combining the index weights in two layers.The proposed method provides a theoretical basis for the planning of power grid peaking shaving and frequency regulation at an energy storage power station,and has certain engineering application value.
