摘要
时下,“水课”问题备受关注,学者们对于“水源”问题纷纷提出见解,大多聚焦于课程、教师和学生本身,但这些仅是“水源”的表象,并未触及本质,其根本原因在于我国现行的大学教学文化,集中表现在教学管理制度、教学观念以及教学双投入等方面。因此,淘汰“水课”的根本之策在于重塑大学教学文化,只有从顶端设计教学文化,才能取得实质性的突破。
The issue of low-quality lessons has received much attention recently.In the discussion of the causes of the low-quality lessons,most scholars focus on courses,teachers,and students.These analyses,however,miss the essential causes-the culture of the university education prevailing in China,specifically,the regulations of teaching management,concepts of teaching,the dual devotion in teaching,and so on.Therefore,the fundamental measure to wipe off the low-quality lessons is to reshape the culture of the university teaching.The breakthrough can be achieved only with top-plane designing of teaching culture.
