摘要
目的对比腹腔镜、开腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者的整体手术效果,为子宫肌瘤患者临床治疗中手术方案的选择提供参考。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年7月收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者,根据手术方案的不同将患者分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,每组45例。开腹组患者采取开腹子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,腹腔镜组患者采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标、术后盆腔粘连等并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜组患者手术时间、术后恢复排气时间、住院时间短于开腹组,术中出血量少于开腹组,术后切口感染、盆腔粘连、疼痛等并发症总发生率低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于开腹手术,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术可有效缩短子宫肌瘤患者的手术时间及术后恢复时间,减少术中出血量,可使手术安全性得到保障。
Objective To compare the overall surgical outcomes of laparoscopic and open uterine myomectomy for uterine fibroids,and to provide reference for the selection of surgical plans for clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods We selected 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to July 2019,and the patients were divided into an open abdominal group and a laparoscopic group,with 45 cases in each group according to the different surgical plans.Patients in the open group were treated with open myomectomy,and patients in the laparoscopic group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The two groups of patients with surgery-related indicators,postoperative pelvic adhesions and other complications were compared.Results In the laparoscopic group,the operation time,postoperative recovery time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the open group.Intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the open group,the total incidence of postoperative complications such as wound infection,pelvic adhesions,and pain was lower than that in the open group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic myomectomy can shorten the operation time and recovery time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and ensure the safety of surgery.
