摘要
目的研究早期康复治疗联合家庭康复训练对小儿脑损伤伴脑瘫的效果。方法在我院2019年2月至2020年2月接收的小儿脑损伤伴脑瘫患儿中选择80例,并随机分组,对照组40例早期康复治疗,观察组40例增加家庭康复训练项目。比较两组患儿情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、Barthel、C-WISC以及GMFM评分明显高于对照组,NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合早期康复治疗以及家庭康复训练可有效改善小儿脑损伤伴脑瘫患儿的运动以及生活自理能力,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation therapy combined with family rehabilitation training on children with brain injury and cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty cases of children with cerebral palsy and brain injury admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly assigned,40 cases in the control group received early rehabilitation therapy,and 40 cases in the observation group received additional family rehabilitation training programs.The two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,Barthel,C-WISC and GMFM scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined early rehabilitation treatment and family rehabilitation training can effectively improve the movement and self-care ability of children with brain injury and cerebral palsy,and improve the quality of life.
