摘要
在互联网技术的助推下,零工经济应运而生。零工经济作为一种新的就业模式,兼具传统零工模式和“互联网+零工”的特征,具有增加就业的巨大潜力。农业转移人口是市场经济的“轻步兵”,是国家经济和城市建设的重要群体,他们的就业问题关系着我国城镇化、工业化水平,是民生之本。面对零工经济带来的机遇和挑战,政府、互联网平台和农业转移人口个人三方应共同努力,保障农业转移人口的就业权益,使未来的就业形势向稳、向好发展。
With the help of internet technology,part-time economy emerges as the times require.As a new employment mode,it combines the characteristics of traditional part-time job mode and“internet+part-time job”mode,and has great potential to increase employment.The migrant agricultural population is“the light foot soldier”of the market economy and an important group in the national economic and urban construction.Their employment is related to the level of urbanization and industrialization in China.Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the part-time economy,national governments,internet platforms and individual migrant agricultural population should protect the employment rights and interests of the migrant agricultural population,with a view to ensuring steady and sound development of the employment situation in the future.
