摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的爆发再次凸显了体育馆作为城市应急避难场所的重要功能。采用文献资料研究、案例分析、专家咨询等方法,对体育馆作为应急避难场所的发展前景及功能进行探究,整合得到体育馆作为避难场所的6个基础优势和7个基本功能,明确了体育馆在城市应急避难场所体系的功能定位。最后,对应急避难体育馆规划、设计及运营管理等方面存在的问题进行了整理分析,并提出相应的建议,有助于提高对体育馆应急避难功能的规划发展重视程度,使体育馆能在灾时发挥最大的应急避难功能。
The outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic highlights the emergency evacuation function of urban stadiums once again.In order to explore the development prospect and function of gymnasium as an emergency refuge,the paper analyzes the gymnasium by means of literature,case analysis and expert consultation.The six basic advantages and seven basic functions of the gymnasium as the refuge place are integrated,expanding the function orientation of gymnasium in urban emergency shelter system.Finally,the problems existing in the planning,design and operation management of the emergency refuge gymnasium were sorted out and analyzed.Corresponding suggestions were put forward which help to increase the importance of the planning and development of the emergency evacuation function of the gymnasium so that the gymnasium can exert its maximum emergency evacuation function during a disaster.
