摘要
以焊接专业实训课程为例,从实训内容、实训资源、实训模式和实训管理4个方面探索了实训课程教学改革路径。课程采取产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式,依据生产实际更新实训内容和教学材料,并组织教师定期进企业学习,从而满足新工科背景下复合型、创新性、应用型工程技术人才培养的要求。
Taking the practical training course of welding specialty as an example,the teaching reform of practical training cours⁃es is explored from four aspects:practical training content,practical training resource,practical training mode and practicai train⁃ing management.In order to meet the training demands of compound,innovative and application-oriented engineering technology talents under the background of new engineering,the talent training mode of integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises is adopted by the curriculum,the content of practical training and teaching materials are updated according to the production reality,and the teachers are organized to study in enterprises regularly.
