摘要
[目的]研制5%五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂合格配方。[方法]通过黏度曲线法、光学显微镜观察等方法对较高含量五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂配方进行筛选。[结果]研制出了5%五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂的最佳配方:五氟磺草胺5%,OD21 14%,1269 1.33%,GS-1 0.67%,ODGel 05 3.2%,气相白炭黑1%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。[结论]该配方稳定性较强、流动性极佳、悬浮率较高,加工方便,对于稻田稗草具有较好的防治效果,各项指标均符合可分散油悬浮剂的规定。
[Aims] This study aims to prepare the formulation of penoxsulam 5% oil-based surpension concentrate.[Methods] The formulation of a relatively high content penoxsulam of dispersible oil suspension formulation was developed by viscosity curve method, optical microscope observation and other methods. [Results] The optimum formulation was developed, the formula was penoxsulam 5%, OD21 14%, 1269 1.33%, GS-1 0.67%, ODGel 05 3.2%,fumed silica 1%, methyl oleate to complement to 100%. [Conclusions] The formulation was provided with strong stability, excellent fluidity, high suspension rate, and convenient to process. It had a good control effect on barnyardgrass in paddy field. All indexes meet the requirements of oil-based surpension concentrate.
