摘要
北京理工大学分析测试中心因地制宜地制定了科学、严谨的建设方案,围绕提升支撑与保障能力的核心要求,以“打好基础、提升水平”为基本目标,着力做好顶层设计、拓展服务范围和强化队伍建设,在较短时间内实现了增量和存量资源的有效整合,充分发挥了大型仪器设备的投资效益,提升了仪器设备管理水平和用户满意度,为学校相关学科的教学、科研和人才培养工作提供了重要保障。
Based on the local conditions,Analysis and Testing Center of Beijing Institute of Technology formulated a scientific and rigorous construction program.Around the core requirements of promoting the capacity of support and ensure,the basic goal of“laying a good foundation and raising the level”has been established.We focused on top-level design,expanded service scope and strengthened team building.In a relatively short period of time,the incremental and inventory resources have been effectively integrated,the investment efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment have been fully exploited,and the level of equipment management and customer satisfaction has been improved.Analysis and Testing Center has become an important guarantee for teaching,research and personnel training in the university.
