摘要
农产品从原料生产到流通、加工、销售,整个过程均有可能出现食品安全问题,而食品安全是社会关注的热点问题。本文以"源本生鲜"为例,通过调研、查阅资料等方式分析了枣庄市农产品质量安全追溯体系的现状及存在问题,并提出了保障农产品质量安全的相关建议,以期为枣庄农产品安全生产提供参考。
The food safety problems may be exit in the whole process of agricultural products from raw material production to circulation,processing,sales,while the food safety is a hot issue concerned by whole society.Taking"Yuanbenshengxian"as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problem of the agricultural product quality and safety traceability system in Zaozhuang city through research and consulting materials.Then it put forward some relevant suggestions on guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products according to the current situation, in order to provide some help for the development of agricultural products in Zaozhuang city.
