摘要
本文以大连市地铁5号线2站2区间工程施工为实例,详细的论述了在地铁施工中针对盾构隧道施工中遇基岩凸起及球状风化孤石群采用的预处理技术,该技术针对性强,有效的解决了上述问题,减少了刀具的更换量,提高了施工进度并且应用效果好同时也较为经济,能够保证盾构机顺利掘进,从而使施工安全风险有效可控。
This article takes the construction of Interval 2,Station 2 of Dalian Metro Line 5 as an example,and discusses in detail the pretreatment technology used in the subway construction for the shield tunnel construction in the case of bedrock bulges and spherical weathered boulders.This technology is highly pertinent,effectively solves the above problems,reduces the amount of tool replacement,improves the construction progress,and has good application effects and is more economical.It can ensure the smooth tunneling of the shield machine,so that the construction safety risk is effectively controllable.
