摘要 随着科技的快速发展,博物馆这一承担教育和收藏功能的公益性场所也日益蓬勃发展,规模及影响力不断扩大,但在其文创产品快速发展的同时,商标问题所带来的困扰也逐渐增加。本文以故宫博物院为例,就这一问题的有效解决进行了探讨。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the museum,a public welfare place that undertakes the functions of educating and collecting,is also booming,and its scale and influence continue to expand.However,despite the rapid growth of its cultural and creative products,the issues caused by trademark have also been on the rise.This article takes the Palace Museum as an example to discuss the effective solutions to this problem.
