多路热电偶测温电路设计

摘要 本文针对热加工过程中热处理炉以及产品温度分布采集问题,设计了一种多路热电偶测温系统。该系统利用复用器HCF4052实现多路测量通道的控制,通过接口转换芯片T232RL以及无线传输模块CC3200实现数据的USB传输与无线传输。实验证明,多路热电偶测温电路在0~1600℃温度范围内可以达到1℃的测量精度。 In this paper,a multi-channel thermocouple temperature measurement system is designed for the heat treatment furnace and product temperature distribution during thermal processing.The system applies the multiplexer HCF4052 to realize the control of multi-channel measurement,and realizes the USB transmission and wireless transmission of data through the interface conversion chip T232RL and the wireless transmission module CC3200.Experimental results have proved that the multi-channel thermocouple temperature measurement circuit can reach a measurement accuracy of 1℃in the temperature range of(0-1600)℃.
