摘要
鉴于高功率微波(HPM)效应研究耗时、昂贵及其效能评估的复杂性,美国多个军种开发了能够在减少效应实验需求的同时进行效能评估的HPM评估模型及仿真工具箱。本文重点介绍了美军开发的DREAM、RF-PROTEC,JERM和HPM LAVA四款模型和仿真工具箱,对每款模型和工具箱的主要功能、特点、开发机构及诞生时间等进行了介绍和对比。这些模型和工具箱在近几十年中随着HPM的发展得到了持续应用并不断更新,极大推动了美军HPM效能评估的发展。此外,美军也重视将HPM武器融入常规武器作战体系,并尝试将HPM效能评估纳入现有战场效能评估金字塔模型。因此,这四款模型和工具箱均可向战场任务仿真系统传送数据。本文对美军战场效能评估金字塔模型也做了介绍,以供国内相关研究人员参考。
Owing to the high time and monetary costs of High-Power Microwave(HPM) effectiveness experiments and the difficulty in assessing HPM effectiveness, the US military has developed several assessment models and simulation toolboxes to facilitate the evaluation of HPM effectiveness and reduce the need for practical HPM effectiveness tests. The aim of this study is to describe the HPM models and simulation tools developed by the US military, i.e., DREAM, RF-PROTEC, JERM, and HPM LAVA, and to compare their functionalities, features, developer institutions, and time of emergence. These models and toolboxes have been updated continuously for the past few decades to keep up with advancements in HPM technology, and they have significantly contributed to the development of the US military’s HPM assessment capabilities. In addition, the US military has also prioritized the inclusion of HPM weapons in their conventional arsenal and attempted to include HPM effectiveness tests in the current Department of Defense(DoD) modeling pyramid. Therefore, these HPM models and toolboxes can be used to send data to battlefield simulation systems. This paper also briefly presents the DoD modeling pyramid of the US military and serves as a reference for interested researchers.
