摘要
文章介绍了预制装配式钢结构建筑的优点、现实应用与发展前景;比较了模块化建筑与传统装配式建筑在预制工作、运输过程和拼装方式方面的不同;提出模块化建筑可通过对模块单元不同的排列组合,营造符合不同功能需求的多样化空间效果,从而满足防疫、社区文化活动、展览展示、防灾避难等多种场所的使用需求。
This paper introduces the advantages, practical application and development prospect of prefabricated steel structure buildings, compares the differences between modular buildings and traditional prefabricated buildings in prefabrication work, transportation process and assembly mode, and puts forward that modular buildings can create diversified spatial effects that meet different functional requirements through different arrangement and combination of modular units, so it can be used to epidemic prevention and society,The use needs of various places such as cultural activities, exhibitions and exhibitions, temporary residence in disasters, etc.
