摘要
随着我国科技的高速发展,化工领域引入自动化技术,积极的开发自动化仪表,当下自动化仪表在化工企业中应用极为频繁,但是由于自动化仪表内部结构复杂,导致自动化仪表发生故障的概率相应增加,化工企业为完成生产任务,对自动化仪表的依赖性较高,如果自动化仪表一旦发生故障,将会严重影响到生产工作。因此,应该重视仪表设备的检修与维护工作,保证自动化仪表在生产期间安全运行,满足化工生产需要,以下将以化工自动化仪表作为研究对象,介绍化工自动化及仪表检修维护概念,指出化工自动化仪表常见的故障,提出化工自动化仪表检修与维护的管理策略。
With the rapid development of China's science and technology,automation technology is introduced into the chemical industry,and automatic instruments are actively developed.At present,automatic instruments are frequently used in chemical enterprises.However,due to the complex internal structure of automatic instruments,the probability of failure of automatic instruments increases correspondingly.In order to complete the production task,chemical enterprises have high dependence on automatic instruments.Once the automation instrument breaks down,it will seriously affect the production work.Therefore,attention should be paid to the overhaul and maintenance of instruments and equipment,so as to ensure the safe operation of automatic instruments during production and meet the needs of chemical production.The following paper takes chemical automation instruments as the research object,introduces the concepts of chemical automation and instrument overhaul and maintenance,points out common faults of chemical automation instruments,and puts forward management strategies for overhaul and maintenance of chemical automation instruments.
