摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病是近年来消化内科临床最为常见的病种之一,其发病率日益上升,危及人民群众生命健康。对于治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病,祖国医学有着自身的治疗优势,这与其深奥的理论基础及几千年的实践经验息息相关,文章就非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病因病机、辨证等理论基础研究及治法、药物等临床方案等进行分析、总结,以反映出目前中医药在非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床防治上的现状,从而达到今后更好指导中医药防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究方向的目的。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is one of the most common diseases in gastroenterology in recent years. Its incidence rate is increasing day by day, endangering the health of the people. For the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, traditional Chinese medicine has its own treatment advantages, which is closely related to its profound theoretical basis and thousands of years of practical experience. This paper analyzes and summarizes the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and other theoretical basis research and treatment, drugs and other clinical programs of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, so as to reflect the current application of traditional Chinese medicine in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease The current situation of clinical prevention and treatment of liver disease, so as to better guide the research direction of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
