摘要
变电站属于电网构架的主要关键,其安全有效的运行直接关乎着整个电网系统的操作和稳定。对变电站进行综合自动化改造能提高变电站的供电质量、降低变电站的运行成本、提高变电站的安全性、降低员工的劳动强度以及提高经济效益。然而,在变电站运行维护中存在很多不足,尤其是在对变电站设备进行综合自动化改造过程中会造成较长的对外停电时间。作为关系国计民生、服务千家万户的公用事业企业和窗口服务行业,近年来,国家电网公司在履行社会责任、服务地方经济发展和建设公益品牌等方面做了大量工作。不断加大电网建设与改造力度,努力提高电网供电能力和电能质量,各基层单位积极进取、开拓创新,减少综合自动化改造过程中的对外停电时间,降低对用电客户的影响,尤其是对负荷高、用电量大的用电客户的影响。为此,兰州公司经过充分的调研,变电站现场工作人员在实践中不断总结经验,在工作中不断提升技术水平,总结出了变电站综合自动化改造带电移屏典型经验,大幅度减少综自改造中的对外停电时间。
The substation is the main key to the grid structure,and its safe and effective operation is directly related to the operation and stability of the entire grid system.Comprehensive automation transformation of the substation can improve the power supply quality of the substation,reduce the operating cost of the substation,improve the safety of the substation,reduce the labor intensity of employees,and increase economic benefits.However,there are still many shortcomings in the operation and maintenance of substations,especially in the process of comprehensive automation transformation of substation equipment,which will cause long external power outages.As a public utility enterprise and window service industry that is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and serves thousands of households,in recent years,the State Grid Corporation has done a lot of work in fulfilling social responsibilities,serving local economic development,and building public welfare brands.Continuously increase the power grid construction and transformation,strive to improve the power supply capacity and power quality of the grid,and all grass-roots units are actively enterprising,pioneering and innovating,reducing external power outages during the comprehensive automation transformation process,and reducing the impact on electricity customers,especially on the load The impact of customers with high electricity consumption.For this reason,Lanzhou Company has conducted thorough investigations and the site staff of the substation continuously summarized their experience in practice,continuously improved their technical level in their work,and summarized the typical experience of live screen shifting in the comprehensive automation transformation of substations,which greatly reduced External power outage time.
