摘要
目的探讨康复和分级护理干预在骨折患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年7月至2020年6月罗定市红十字会医院收治的97例骨折患者,根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组,其中2019年7—12月收治的49例为对照组;2020年1—6月收治的48例为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复护理联合分级护理,分析两组患者护理前后功能评分、疼痛评分、下肢静脉血栓形成情况。结果护理前两组患者功能评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后7 d、1个月两组患者功能评分、VAS评分均有明显改善,其中观察组患者肢体功能评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,且下肢静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对骨折患者采用分级护理联合康复护理,临床护理效果显著,患者术后肢体功能恢复较快,疼痛情况明显缓解,下肢静脉血栓发病率降低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the rehabilitation and graded nursing intervention in fracture patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 97 cases with fracture treated in Luoding Red Cross Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020.According to the order of admission time,patients were divided into two groups,of which 49 cases were taken as the control group from July to December 2019,and 48 cases admitted from January to June 2020 were taken as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing combined with graded nursing.The functional scores,pain scores and the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower limbs before and after nursing were analyzed between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in functional score and VAS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Seven days and one month after nursing,the functional scores and VAS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly improved,the limb functional scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the VAS scores were significantly lower,and the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower limbs was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Graded nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing has obvious clinical nursing effect for fracture patients.After operation,the limb function of patients recovered quickly,the pain was relieved obviously,and the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower limbs was reduced,which is worthy of clinical application.
