摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者采取护理教育干预对预防糖尿病足的作用。方法选择在我院进行糖尿病治疗的100例患者为研究样本,均来源于2018年2月至2018年8月,随机将其分成常规组和试验组各50例,常规组患者予以基础护理模式,试验组患者予以基础护理联合护理教育干预。对比两组皮肤皲裂、足癣、疼痛、麻木以及糖尿病足出现情况;认知能力、生活能力以及空腹血糖数值。结果试验组在皮肤皲裂、足癣、疼痛、麻木以及糖尿病足方面出现率分别是2.00%、16.00%、4.00%、2.00%、0,均明显低于对照组的12.00%、44.00%、18.00%、10.00%、14.00%(P<0.05)。试验组在认知能力、生活能力以及空腹血糖数值分别是(28.04±1.32)分、(34.05±2.86)分、(7.04±1.23)mmol/L,均明显优于对照组的(22.03±1.82)分、(25.83±2.41)分、(8.72±1.12)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论予以糖尿病患者护理教育干预可有效预防糖尿病足的出现,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing education intervention on the prevention of diabetic foot in diabetic patients.Methods All 100 patients who were selected for diabetes treatment in our hospital were selected as research samples.The hospital stay is between February 2018 and August 2018.The randomized list method was used to divide the group into 50 groups of regular groups and experimental groups.Give the regular group of patients basic care mode,The experimental group of patients with basic nursing combined nursing education intervention.Compare the two groups of skin cleft palate,ankle,pain,numbness and diabetic foot;cognitive ability;living ability and fasting blood glucose values.Results The occurrence rates of skin chapped,tinea pedis,pain,numbness,and diabetic feet in the test group were 2.00%,16.00%,4.00%,2.00%,and 0,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group.10.00%,14.00%(P<0.05).Cognitive ability,living ability and fasting blood glucose values of the experimental group were(28.04±1.32)points,(34.05±2.86)points,(7.04±1.23)mmol/L,which were significantly better than those of the control group(22.03±1.82)Points,(25.83±2.41)points,(8.72±1.12)mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving diabetes patients nursing education intervention can effectively prevent the emergence of diabetic foot,improve the quality of life of patients.
