摘要
目的:探讨手术室预见性护理对鼓室成形术治疗中耳炎患者的影响。方法:选择2018年2月至2020年2月在我院行鼓室成形术治疗的中耳炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予手术室常规护理,观察组给予手术室预见性护理,比较2组患者护理质量(护士管理、环境管理、物品药品管理、护理安全管理)及患者的生存质量测定量表(QOL)评分(精神信仰、独立、环境、社会、心理、生理)这些指标变化。结果:观察组患者护理质量、QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼓室成形术治疗中耳炎患者时采取手术室预见性护理效果显著,能有效提高护理质量和QOL评分。
Objective:To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in the operating room on quality of life(QOL)and quality of care in otitis media patients treated with tympanoplasty.Methods:A total of 80 patients with otitis media who underwent tympanoplasty in our hospital from Feb 2018 to Feb 2020 were selected and were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group was given predictive nursing in the operating room.The scores of quality of care(nurse management,environmental management,goods and drugs management,and nursing safety management)and QOL scale(spiritual belief,independence,environment,society,psychology and physiology)were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of quality of care and QOL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:For otitis media patients treated with tympanoplasty,the effect of predictive nursing in the operating room is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and QOL.
