加速康复外科理念下经肋间小切口非体外循环单支冠状动脉旁路移植术的麻醉管理 被引量：2

摘要 非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)会对患者的心肌造成一定程度的损伤,这在活体及离体动物实验的研究中都得到了证实[1]。所以如何减轻和避免术中不停跳搭桥的心肌缺血-再灌注损伤,加快术后患者心功能恢复,成为临床上研究的重点[2]。随着近年来微创外科的广泛开展,小切口冠状动脉旁路移植手术也逐渐兴起。它相对于传统开胸的搭桥手术来说,创伤更小,恢复更快,心功能恢复更好,适用于单纯前降支病变或多支病变行杂交手术的患者。
