摘要
临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"的培养模式,是我国培养高素质临床医学人才的有效途径。经过多年的实践和探索,广西医科大学取得了一定的成绩,也遇到了一些问题和挑战。文章将临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"培养过程中遇到的问题进行了总结,并提出一些思考和建议。
The"two-track in one"training mode of postgraduate training of master's degree in clinical medicine and standardized training of residents is an effective way to train high-quality clinical medical talents in China.After years of practice and exploration,Guangxi Medical University has made certain achievements,but also encountered some problems and challenges.This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the training process of"two-track in one"of clinical medicine master degree training and resident standardized training,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.
