摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取草果中的挥发油,GC-MS分析不同产地草果挥发油的成分.抑菌实验采用K-B法(标准滤纸片法),对白色念珠菌标准株SC5314、白色念珠菌临床分离耐药株23^(#)、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌进行抑菌试验.结果发现,从草果中共鉴定出73个化合物;其中含量较高的成分有12个,相对含量占挥发油总量的60%以上.4个不同产地草果挥发油对白色念珠菌标准株SC5314、白色念珠菌临床耐药株23^(#)、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有较好的抑菌效果.
This research analyzes the main components of the essential oil of Amomum tsaoko from different producing areas,and carries out the bacteriostatic test to provide the basis for the comprehensive development and application of Amomum tsaoko.The volatile oil of Amomum tsaoko is extracted by steam distillation,and the main components of volatile oil from Amomum tsaoko are analyzed with GC-MS technique.The K-B method(standard filter paper method)is used for the bacteriostatic test of Candida albicans SC 5314,Candida albicans 23,Staphylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coli.Finally,73 compounds are identified from the volatile oil of Amomum tsaoko,12 of which are higher in content,accounting for more than 60%of the total volatile oil.The volatile oil from four different places has good antibacterial effect on the standard strain SC5314 of Candida albicans,the clinical resistant strain 23^(#)of Candida albicans,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
