房室同步无导线起搏器植入一例 被引量:6

Implantation of a leadless ventricular pacemaker with atrioventricular synchronous pacing

摘要 房室同步无导线起搏器是心脏起搏领域的重要进展之一,可以进行心房心室的顺序性起搏。本例患者因间歇性高度房室传导阻滞,于右心室间隔部植入房室同步无导线起搏器,术后起搏器参数良好稳定,同时较好地实现了房室同步的起搏。
