摘要
随着人工智能时代的到来,复杂问题解决的过程不仅会发生在人与人之间,而且会发生在人与机器之间,人机协同解决各类问题、完成任务将成为常态。可以预见,协作问题解决能力将是人工智能时代人类必备的一种高阶能力。基于此,文章首先梳理了协作问题解决的发展历程,接着剖析了不同视域下协作问题解决的内涵,随后介绍了协作问题解决能力的主要测评方式,最后提出了AI时代促进学生协作问题解决能力发展的建议,即提升教师开展协作问题解决活动的能力、开发智能化的协作问题解决能力测评、通过STEM学科发展协作问题解决能力、利用AI技术发展学生的协作问题解决能力等。
With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence(AI),the process of solving complex problems will not only occur between human beings,but also between human beings and machines,and the human-machine cooperation to solve various problems or tasks will become normal.It can be foreseeable that collaborative problem solving(CPS)ability will be a necessary higher-order ability in the era of AI.Based on this,the paper first sorted out the development history of CPS,subsequently analyzed the connotation of CPS under different perspectives,and then introduced major evaluation methods of CPS ability.Finally,this paper put forward suggestions of promoting students’CPS ability in the era of AI,namely improving teachers’ability of carrying out CPS activities,exploring intelligent assessment of CPS ability,developing CPS ability through STEM discipline,and developing students’CPS ability by using AI technology.
