摘要 正令煤业1214工作面巷道埋深大,帮部煤层软弱,帮部变形量大。综合分析地质条件和巷道原支护效果后,基于锚杆、锚索协同支护理论,提出优化支护方案;并以数值模拟为手段,结合现场经验,对比研究各优化方案的优劣,得到最佳支护形式,使锚杆、锚索在预应力和布置形式上,达到协同,有利于提高支护结构的整体性、协同性,有效控制巷道变形。 In the Zhengling Coal Mine,the roadway in the 1214 working face is buried deeply,and the strength of the side coal seam is weak,which causes a large amount of deformation at the side coal seam.The geological conditions and the original support results were comprehensively analyzed,and an optimized plan was proposed based on the bolt-cable synergetic support theory.Through numerical simulation methods and combined with construction experience,the pros and cons of optimization plans were compared,and the best support plan was obtained.This plan makes the bolt and cable synergetic in the form of pre-stress and arrangement,which is beneficial to improve the integrity and coordination of the supporting structure,and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled.
