摘要
通过氟石膏替代脱硫石膏的小磨对比试验,实现氟石膏全部替代脱硫石膏大磨生产P·C32.5R及P·O42.5水泥。试验结果表明,氟石膏可完全替代脱硫石膏用于水泥生产,替代后各品种水泥性能优于替代前,且水泥生产成本显著降低。同时氟石膏的资源化利用,符合当前国民经济建设发展、生态环境保护相关产业政策的要求。
Through the contrast test of fluorite instead of desulfurized gypsum,it is realized that fluorite can completely replace desul⁃furized gypsum to produce p.C32.5 R&P.O42.5 cement.The results show that fluorogypsum can completely replace desulfurized gyp⁃sum in cement production,and the performance of various cement products is better after substitution than before substitution,and the cost of cement production is significantly reduced.At the same time,the resource utilization of fluorogypsum is in line with the current national economic development,ecological and environmental protection related industrial policy requirements.
