摘要
区域阻滞是临床麻醉工作中一项重要的操作技术,超声可视化技术为实施精准麻醉、提高麻醉质量、减少麻醉并发症提供了现实基础与依据,但同样也是麻醉教学中的重点和难点内容。传统的区域阻滞教学方法和神经刺激仪辅助教学的模式存在解剖结构抽象,操作过程不能实时了解,学员之间个体差异较大等诸多缺点。近年来,随着超声技术的不断发展,超声在麻醉科的应用越来越广泛。通过将其与传统教学模式有机结合,使教学过程直观、动态,既增加了学员的学习效率,又提高了学员主动学习的兴趣,进而获得良好的教学效果。文章介绍以超声引导下区域阻滞基础教育、模拟教育、实践培训为体系的教学方案,结合PBL教学法,使麻醉科住院医师规范化培训学员在培训结束后可以掌握超声引导下区域阻滞技术,满足临床麻醉需求。
Regional block is an important technique in clinical anesthesia.Ultrasound visualization technology can improve the quality of anesthesia and reduce the complications of anesthesia,but it is also a difficult part in anesthesia teaching.There are many shortcomings in the traditional regional block teaching method and neural stimulator assisted teaching mode.In recent years,ultrasound technology has made great progress,the use of ultrasound in anesthesia department is more and more extensive.The combination of ultrasonic technology and traditional teaching mode makes the teaching process intuitive and dynamic,which not only increases the learning efficiency of students,but also improves their interest in active learning.This paper introduces the teaching plan of basic education,simulation education and practice training of regional block under the guidance of ultrasound.Combined with PBL teaching method,the standardized resident training of anesthesiologists can master the regional block technology under the guidance of ultrasound after the training.
