摘要
目的探究高职基础护理学教学改革中应用安全教育的价值。方法选取笔者所在高职学院2016级学生40名为参照组,另选取2017级学生作为实验组。其中参照组基础护理学教学中应用传统教学方式,实验组根据安全教育为基础,对基础护理学进行改革教学。对比两组学生护理学成绩与安全教育成绩。结果实验组与参照组对教学方式的满意度评价,实验组总满意度97.50%(39/40)高于参照组总满意度80.00%(32/40),差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;统计两组安全教育成绩情况,实验组护理操作技能与护理安全问题评分均高于参照组相对应评分,t检验后组间对比,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;两组护理学成绩统计评价,实验组理论、安全、法律、综合等成绩评分均高于参照组同等数据指标,经过t检验后,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过安全教育为基础,对于高职基础护理学教学改革来说,能够有效加强学生的护理安全意识,对提升整体教学质量也具有重要帮助。
Objective To explore the value of applying safety education in the teaching reform of basic nursing in higher vocational education.Methods Selected 40 students from the vocational college in 2016 as the reference group,and 2017 students as the experimental group.Among them,the reference group applied the traditional primary school method in basic nursing teaching,and the experimental group carried out reform teaching of basic nursing based on safety education.Compared the results of nursing and safety education between the two groups of students.Results Satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group and the reference group on teaching methods.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than the reference group's total satisfaction of 80.00%(32/40).The significance of the study was P<0.05;statistics on safety education performance of the two groups,the nursing operation skills and nursing safety scores in the experimental group were higher than the corresponding scores in the reference group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups after t-value test P<0.05;Statistical evaluation of nursing scores,the theoretical,safety,legal,and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were higher than the equivalent data indicators of the reference group.After t-test,the statistical significance was P<0.05.Conclusion Based on safety education,for the reform of basic nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges,it can effectively strengthen students'awareness of nursing safety and it is also important to improve the overall teaching quality.
