摘要
对循环冷却水系统进行变频改造可达到节能的目的,运用虚拟仿真技术可将节能改造过程可视化。通过分析得到某工厂循环冷却水系统的节能空间,采用恒温差调节方式对系统进行变频改造,得到了改造后电机的瞬时节电率。在Unity3D中开发了循环冷却水系统节能虚拟仿真场景,包括变频前后循环冷却水温差动态仿真和变频节能数据动态显示,在虚拟场景中分析了变频改造的节能情况和经济效益。实验证明二者的结合既具工程应用性又具经济效益性。
The frequency conversion transformation of the circulating cooling water system can achieve the purpose of energy saving,and the use of virtual simulation technology can visualize the energy-saving transformation process.Through the analysis,the energy-saving space of the circulating cooling water system of a certain factory is obtained,and the system is transformed with a constant temperature difference adjustment method,and the instantaneous power saving rate of the motor after the transformation is obtained.In Unity3D,the energy-saving virtual simulation scene of the circulating cooling water system was developed,including the dynamic simulation of the temperature difference of the circulating cooling water before and after the frequency conversion and the dynamic display of the frequency conversion energy-saving data.The energy-saving situation and economic benefits of the frequency conversion transformation were analyzed in the virtual scene.Practice has proved that the combination of the two is both engineering application and economical.
