摘要
目的:设计一种新型雾化吸入面罩,以确保需要雾化吸入治疗的患者处在不同体位时吸入效果不受影响。方法:该新型雾化吸入面罩由雾化组件、送气组件和转向组件3个部分组成。雾化组件由进气管和药液杯组成,进气管与药液杯底部的进气口相连接,药液杯内设有射流喷嘴,顶端设有挡板。送气组件由送气管和罩杯组成,送气管两端分别与药液杯和罩杯相连。转向组件包含横向转轴和纵向转轴,连接药液杯和罩杯。结果:该新型雾化吸入面罩可在患者体位改变时始终确保药液杯处于与地面垂直的状态,彻底摆脱了治疗时体位的限制,保证了治疗药液的充分利用,提高了患者的舒适性和依从性。结论:该新型雾化吸入面罩设计合理、构思巧妙、操作简便,可以针对各种不同体位进行雾化吸入操作,具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
Objective To develop a new type atomization inhalation mask to ensure unaffected inhalation for patients at different positions.Methods The new type atomization inhalation mask was composed of three parts:an atomization component,an air supply component and a steering component.The atomization component consisted of an air inlet pipe and a medicine cup,the air inlet pipe was connected to an air inlet at the bottom of the medicine cup,and the medicine cup was provided with a jet nozzle and a baffle at the top.The air supply component was made up of an air supply pipe and a cover cup,the two ends of the air supply pipe were linked to the medicine cup and cover cup respectively.The steering component was composed of a transverse and a longitudinal rotating shafts,which connected the medicine cup with the cover cup.Results The new type atomization inhalation mask ensured that the medicine cup was always perpendicular to the floor when the patient's position was changed,which completely removed the restriction of body position during treatment,made full use of the treatment medicine and improved patient comfort and compliance.Conclusion The new type atomization inhalation mask gains advantages in design and easy operation,which is compatible with kinds of patient positions,and thus is worthy promotion clinically and practically.
