摘要 在配有同步器的重型汽车或拖拉机等负载较大的车辆上经常需要考虑等效转动惯量,通过得出变速器等效转动惯量来计算等效转矩,从而获得准确的发动机输入转矩,文章通过给出变速箱中不同轮系下等效转动惯量的计算方法,从而为后续准确计算等效转动惯量提供参考,为准确判断发动机性能提供可靠依据。 The equivalent moment of inertia often needs to be considered in the heavy-duty vehicle or tractor equipped with synchronizer.The equivalent moment of inertia of the transmission is obtained to calculate the equivalent torque,so as to obtain the accurate engine input torque.In this paper,the calculation method for the equivalent moment of inertia of different gear trains in gearbox is given,so as to provide a reference for the subsequent accurate calculation of the equivalent moment of inertia and provide a reliable basis for accurately judging the engine performance.
