摘要
目的:讨论二氧化锆全瓷冠口腔修复的临床效果,为口腔修复临床治疗方案的改进提供参考。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年6月来本院收治的79例口腔修复患者作为调查样本,随机分为观察组和(n=40)对照组(n=39),其中观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠口腔修复方案,对照组采用钴铬合金烤瓷冠口腔修复方案,对比两组患者口腔修复有效率,以及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者口腔修复有效率为97.50%,对照组为92.31%,P>0.05,差异不显著;观察组并发症率为7.50%,对照组并发症率为28.21%,P<0.05,差异显著。结论:根据统计结果显示二氧化锆全瓷冠与钴铬合金烤瓷冠在口腔修复中均呈现出良好的临床效果,但是二氧化锆全瓷冠能够有效控制并发症的出现。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown oral restoration,and provide a reference for the improvement of the clinical treatment plan of oral restoration.Methods:A total of 79 patients with oral repair patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as a survey sample,and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a(n=40)control group(n=39).Zirconium oxide all-ceramic crown oral restoration program,the control group used cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown oral restoration program,comparing the two groups of patients with oral restoration efficiency and complications.Results:The effective rate of oral restoration was 97.50%in the observation group,92.31%in the control group,P>0.05,the difference was not significant;the complication rate in the observation group was 7.50%,and the complication rate in the control group was 28.21%,P<0.05,the difference was significantly.Conclusion:According to the statistical results,both zirconia all-ceramic crowns and cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns show good clinical effects in oral restoration,but zirconia all-ceramic crowns can effectively control the occurrence of complications.
