摘要 鉴定和分析茄子杂交种F1纯度,为提高茄子杂交育种效率和鉴别真假杂交种提供参考依据。利用分子生物学手段SSR标记技术对茄子双亲及杂交一代‘福茄8号’研究其特异性位点的扩增,进行亲缘关系及纯度鉴定分析。从100对引物筛选出5对引物在茄子父母本和F1杂交一代之间产生差异性位点。引物ESSR97扩增F1杂交一代的位点是父母本双亲的互补型,即具有母本的特征带,又具有父本的特征带,适合用于快速鉴定杂交种‘福茄8号’品种纯度。室内鉴定结果与田间生物学表型数据相吻合,可见SSR标记技术因其快速、精准等特点,可作为分子生物学辅助育种方法用于茄子F1杂交一代的纯度鉴定指导选育符合育种目标的优质杂交品种。SSR标记技术在茄子杂交种子纯度的室内快速检测中有广泛应用前景。 The identification and analysis of F1 purity of eggplant hybrids provide reference for improving the efficiency of eggplant hybrid breeding and identifying true and false hybrids.Using molecular biology SSR marker technology to study the amplification of the specific sites of eggplant two parents and the hybrid generation'Fuqie 8',the relationship and purity were determined.Five pairs of primers were selected from 100 pairs of primers to produce differential sites between eggplant parent and F1 hybrid generation.The site of primer ESSR97 amplified F1 hybrid generation is the complementary type of parents,which has the characteristic band of mother and the characteristic band of father,which is suitable for the rapid identification of the purity of the hybrid'Fuqie 8'variety.The results of indoor identification are consistent with the phenotypic data of field biology.It can be seen that SSR marker technology can be used as a molecular biological assisted breeding method for the purity identification of eggplant F1 hybrid generation because of its rapid and accurate characteristics.SSR marker is widely used in rapid indoor detection of eggplant hybrid seed purity.
