摘要
将法治教育融入国民教育中,可以全面推动我国社会公民法治意识的建设。高校不仅仅是教育人才的地方,而是帮助社会培养高素质人才的阵地,大学生群体是我国法治建设工作中的主要驱动力。但是,目前,我国高校法治教育工作发展较为缓慢,需要在现代的教育体制中融入中国优秀的民主文化,让法治成为大学生的精神支柱和生活方式,让大学生成为全社会公民遵纪守法的模范标兵。
The integration of the rule of law education into the national education can fully promote the construction of the consciousness of the rule of law for the citizens of our society.Colleges and universities are not just places to educate talents,but positions to help the society train high-quality talents.College students are the main driving force in the construction of rule of law in China.However,at present,the development of university legal education in China is relatively slow,the need to integrate into China outstanding democratic culture in the modern education system,so that the rule of law become the spiritual pillar of the college students and the way of life,let the students become the pacesetter of law-abiding citizen society model.
