摘要
目的:观察玉女煎联合沙参麦冬汤对阴虚火旺型糖尿病患者的疗效及血清内脏脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子(Visceral Fat Specific Serine Protease Inhibitor,Vaspin)、网膜素-1(Omentin-1)的影响。方法:将我院2018年3月至2019年11月阴虚火旺型糖尿病患者89例,随机分为对照组42例和观察组47例,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗;观察组采用玉女煎联合沙参麦冬汤治疗,以持续治疗8周为1疗程。比较两组间的临床疗效,测定血清糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin,HbAlc)、空腹血糖(Fasting Blood Glucose,FBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fasting Insulin,Fins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Insulin Resistance Index,Homa-IR)和Vaspin、Omentin-1水平。结果:与对照组比,观察组治疗8周血清HbAlc、FBG、Fins及Homa-IR较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比,观察组治疗8周血清vaspin、Omentin-1水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率80.95%低于观察组95.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉女煎联合沙参麦冬汤对阴虚火旺型糖尿病患者的疗效确切,可降低血清Vaspin、Omentin-1,改善血糖代谢,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yu’nv Decoction combined with Shashen Maidong Decoction on Yin deficiency and fire-hyperactivity type diabetes mellitus and the influence on serum vaspin and omentin-1.Methods:89patients with Yin deficiency and fire-hyperactivity type diabetes mellitus in our hospital from March 2018to November 2019were randomly divided into a controlled group(42cases)and an observation group(47cases).The controlled group received with Metformin,and the observation group received more with Yu’nv Decoction combined with Shashen Maidong Decoction,and 2groups were treated for 8weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,levels of serum glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(Fins),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),vaspin and omentin-1were measured.Results:Compared with the controlled group,levels of HbAlc,FBG,Fins and HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the controlled group,the levels of serum vaspin and omentin-1levels in the observation group were lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the controlled group(80.95%)was lower than the observation group(95.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yu’nv Decoction combined with Shashen Maidong Decoction has definite curative effect for patients with Yin-deficiency and fire-hyperactivity type diabetes mellitus,can reduce serum vaspin and omentin-1,improve blood glucose metabolism,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
