摘要
【目的】探明土荆皮、穿心莲、川楝子、桉叶、枯矾、蛇床子、石榴皮和苍术8种中药材的抗球虫卵囊孢子化作用,为中草药应用于兔球虫病的防治提供参考。【方法】采用土荆皮、穿心莲、川楝子、桉叶、枯矾、蛇床子、石榴皮和苍术8种中药材不同浓度(25 mg/mL、50 mg/mL、75 mg/mL、100 mg/mL、125 mg/mL)水提物对兔球虫卵处理不同时间(2 h、4 h、16 h),观察其对兔球虫卵囊孢子化的影响。【结果】8味中药材水提物对兔球虫卵囊孢子化均具有不同程度的抑制作用,大部分中药材浓度越高,抑制效果越好,与作用时间有一定的相关性。抑制兔球虫卵囊孢子化的效果与药材种类有关,蛇床子的抑杀效果与时间和浓度共同作用有关,土荆皮、桉叶、穿心莲、枯矾等7种药物的浓度是影响体外抗球虫卵效果的重要因素。【结论】根据卵囊孢子抑制率,125 mg/mL土荆皮作用16 h效果最好,其对兔球虫卵的抑卵囊孢子率为83.10%;125 mg/mL川楝子作用16 h的效果最差,其对兔球虫卵的抑卵囊孢子率为13.27%。
【Objective】The effects of Cortex pseudolaricis,Andrographis paniculata,Fructus toosendan,Folium eucalypti,dried alum,Fructus cnidii,Cortex granati and Atractylodes lancea on sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts is explored,which provide a reference for application of Chinese herbal medicine in prevention and control of rabbit coccidian.【Method】The aqueous extracts of eight Chinese herbal medicines(C.pseudolaricis,A.paniculata,F.toosendan,F.eucalypti,dried alum,F.cnidii,C.granati and A.lancea)with different concentrations(25 mg/mL,50 mg/mL,75 mg/mL,100 mg/mL and 125 mg/mL)are used to treat rabbit coccidian oocysts with different time(2 h,4 h and 16 h),its effects on sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts are observed.【Result】The aqueous extracts of eight Chinese herbal medicines have different degrees of inhibitory effect on sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts.The higher the concentration of most Chinese herbal medicine is,the better the inhibitory effect is,and there is a certain correlation with treatment time.The inhibitory effect of sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts is correlated with the type of Chinese medicine.The inhibitory effect of F.cnidii is correlated with the interaction between time and concentration.The concentration of seven Chinese medicines such as C.pseudolaricis,F.eucalypti,A.paniculata and dried alum is the main factor influencing the effect of anti-rabbit coccidian oocysts in vitro.【Conclusion】According to the inhibitory rate of oocyst spore,the effects of 125 mg/mL C.pseudolaricis with 16 h treatment time is the best and its inhibitory rate to sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts is 83.10%.The effect of 125 mg/mL F.toosendan with 16 h treatment time is the worst and its inhibitory rate to sporulation of rabbit coccidian oocysts is 13.27%.
