摘要
随着信息系统规模的不断扩大,各类IT系统的数据信息爆炸性增长。如何采用最新的信息技术有效挖掘运维数据、提升运维的效率和服务质量,降低运营成本和风险是企业不变的挑战。文章结合电力企业业务特点,从运维大数据的采集、预处理、存储、分析和可视化等几个方面,探讨了将运维大数据和智能运维技术相结合搭建智能运维平台的关键因素和思路。
With the rapid development of information technology,big data and intelligent operation and maintenance technology continue to cause new technology boom in the digital transformation of major industries. With the continuous expansion of the scale of information system, the explosive growth of data and information of various IT systems, how to use the latest information technology to effectively mine the operation and maintenance data, improve the efficiency and service quality of operation and maintenance, and reduce the operation cost and risk is the constant challenge for enterprises.Combined with the business characteristics of power enterprises,this paper discusses the key factors and ideas of building intelligent operation and maintenance platform by combining operation and maintenance big data with intelligent operation and maintenance technology from the aspects of operation and maintenance big data collection,preprocessing, storage, analysis and visualization.
