摘要
简单介绍了闭环式霍尔电流传感器的工作原理,在其基础上提出了一种限流保护电路,使得霍尔电流传感器原边电流过载时输出电流钳位,保障其满足3倍甚至更高倍过载要求,并通过了试验验证。
This paper briefly introduced the working principle of close-loop hall current sensor,and proposed a over current protection circuit which can clamp the output current to the setting value when the primary current of hall current sensor is over load. This circuit can protect the sensor even the primary current three or more times over load,which is verified by experimental data.
