摘要
虫草花做为一种具有良好营养价值的真菌类食物非常受到人们的欢迎。在保健营养品领域,虫草花的有效营养物质的提取是一个新兴的领域。以往虫草花在加工提纯的时候需要对其进行浸润,传统浸润时,往往只是将虫草花放置在敞口容器中,向容器内部加浸润液,但是由于虫草花堆积,浸润液的在虫草花的扩散速度较慢,从而降低了虫草花的浸润效果和浸润效率。为了提高虫草花培育浸润装置的实用性,设计了一套更为高效率的全自动真空负压浸润装置。通过基于单片机设计的浸润装置控制器来智能地控制浸润设备,用科技服用于生活,提高了虫草花的浸润效果和效率。
Cordyceps flower as a fungus food with good nutritional value is very popular among the people.In the field of health supplements,the extraction of effective nutrients from Cordyceps flowers is an emerging field.In the past,cordyceps flowers needed to be infiltrated during processing and purification.In traditional infiltration,the cordyceps flowers were often placed in an open container and the infiltration liquid was added to the inside of the container.The diffusion rate is slow,thereby reducing the infiltration effect and infiltration efficiency of Cordyceps flowers.In order to improve the practicability of the cordyceps flower cultivation and infiltration device,this paper designs a more efficient automatic vacuum negative pressure infiltration device.The infiltration device is intelligently controlled by the infiltration device controller based on the single-chip microcomputer,and the technology is used in daily life,which effectively improves the infiltration effect and infiltration efficiency of Cordyceps flower.
