摘要
本文通过系统科学理论研究与调研访谈等实证研究相结合,构建非学历教育办学"新模式",旨在促进教师、学员、教学合作方组成的"三元主体"之间的资源共享和获得额外收益,使高校非学历教育能为高校的社会服务、人才培养、科学研究、文化传承作出新贡献,并对高校非学历教育的办学发展提供对策建议。
This paper studiesa new development model of higher non-academic education,intending to improve the resources sharing among the’three subjects’of trainers,students and training partners,and make new contributions to social service,talent cultivation,scientific research and cultural inheritance in universities and colleges.The research also provides suggestions on the development of higher non-academic education.
