摘要
在植物细胞中,泛素化介导的蛋白质降解是一个非常重要的生物学过程,在植物抗病、抗逆以及生长发育等方面都具有重要作用。该过程主要依赖于E1泛素激活酶,E2泛素结合酶和E3泛素连接酶催化的连续反应进行。其中,E3泛素连接酶能够决定底物的特异性,因而是泛素化过程中最关键的组成部分。U-box结构是一种广泛存在于植物中的高度保守的基序。已报道的U-box蛋白大部分都有E3泛素连接酶活性,能够促进底物蛋白泛素化降解,从而在泛素化和植物诸多生理过程中发挥着重要作用。为了分析植物U-box蛋白在抗病抗逆反应中的功能,本综述主要介绍了植物U-box蛋白保守的分子结构特点和分类;综述了植物U-box蛋白在植物先天免疫反应过程中的调控作用与分子机制,以及U-box蛋白在植物抗非生物胁迫如抗盐、抗旱、耐高温与低温过程中的调控作用与分子机制。旨在为植物U-box蛋白在作物抗逆及抗病遗传育种利用上提供参考。
In plant cells,ubiquitination-mediated protein degradation is a very important biological process,It plays an important role in plant disease resistance,stress resistance,growth and development.This process is mainly dependent on the continuous reaction catalyzed by El ubiquitin activating enzyme,E2 ubiquiin-binding enzyme and E3 ubiquitin ligase.Among them,E3 ligase is considered as a key enzyme in the ubiquitin proteasome system due to its specific interactions with its substrates.U-box domain was a high conserved motif existing widely in plants.Most of the reported U-box proteins have E3 ubiquitin ligase activity,and catalyze the target proteins ubiquitinated degradation.Thus,U-box proteins plays an important role in ubiquitination and many physiological processes in plants.To analyze the function of plant U-box protein in disease resistance and stress resistance,This paper mainly introduces the conserved molecular structure and classification of plant U-box protein.The regulation and molecular mechanism of plant U-box protein functioning in plant innate immunity is described.In addition,the function and molecular mechanism of plant U-box protein in abiotic stress responses is illustrated,including salt stress,drought stress,high and low temperature stresses.The aim of this review is to provide reference for applying plant U-box proteins in crop abiotic and biotic stress resistance breeding.
