摘要
传统的电网校核计算软件以4种典型确定性场景进行校核计算,在高比例可再生能源并网背景下暴露出无法有效处理随机性的缺点。为此,设计开发了基于C/S架构的含高比例可再生能源的电网规划决策支持软件,包括BPA数据转换模块、随机因素建模模块、配电网等值模块、场景生成与削减模块、概率潮流计算模块、时序潮流计算模块、规划方案评估模块等7个功能模块。算例测试结果表明,所设计软件具有良好的操作性、可扩展性、可维护性以及人机交互功能,可为电网规划工作提供有效的决策支持工具。
The traditional power grid calculation software performs calculations in four typical deterministic scenarios,which exposes the shortcomings that it cannot effectively deal with randomness in the context of high proportion of renewable energy.To solve this problem,this paper designs and develops a planning decision-making support software for the power grid with high proportion of renewable energy based on the C/S architecture.This software includes seven modules of BPA data conversion module,random factor modeling module,distribution network equivalent module,scenario generation and reduction module,probabilistic power flow calculation module,time series power flow calculation module and planning plan evaluation module.The test results indicate that this software has good operability,scalability,maintainability and human-computer interaction functions,which can provide an effective tool for planning decision-making support for the power grid.
