摘要
永康市退役军人全生命周期综合管理保障平台建设,目的是方便退役军人军属网上办事和信息咨询,提高政府对退役军人军属信息数据管理分析能力,是政府深化"最多跑一次"改革、推进数字化转型的重要产物。平台以Java跨平台语言、MySQL数据库和政务云服务器为技术依托,开发信息展示、在线申报、后台管理和数据分析功能,通过PC端、手机端、自助终端和电视端推广应用。
The construction of the whole life-cycle comprehensive management and guarantee platform for veteran in Yongkang is an important product of deepening the reform of"at most once"and advancing the government’s digital transformation.It aims to facilitate veterans and their families to handle affairs and consult information online,and improve the government’s ability to manage and analyze the information and data of veterans and their families.Based on the technology of Java cross-platform language,MySQL database and government cloud server,the platform develops information display,online reporting,background management,data analysis and other different functions,and can be promoted through PC,mobile,self-service and TV terminals.
