基于IDA方法的医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能评估研究

摘要 针对医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能评估误码率高的问题,提出基于IDA方法的医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能评估研究。根据SEAOCVision2000抗震性能水平量化标准,量化医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能水平;运用IDA方法中的结构分析模型对其进行弹性时程分析,建立医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能评估矩阵;根据得到的二维坐标系中的数值点,将每两个相邻的数值点进行连线,得出IDA曲线,以曲线的斜率为该地震动记录的弹性斜率,输出医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能评估的IDA结果。通过仿真实验结果表明,设计方法评估误码率最低可达0.202%,可实现对医药企业GMP厂房抗震性能的精准评估。 Aiming at the problem of high error rate in seismic performance evaluation of pharmaceutical enterprises GMP plant,this paper puts forward a research on seismic performance evaluation of pharmaceutical enterprises GMP plant based on IDA method.Secondly,according to the quantitative standard of SEAOC Vision2000 seismic performance level,the seismic performance level of GMP factory buildings in pharmaceutical enterprises is quantified;then,the elastic time history analysis is carried out by using the structural analysis model in the IDA method,and the seismic performance evaluation matrix of GMP factory buildings in pharmaceutical enterprises is established.Finally,according to the numerical points in the two-dimensional coordinate system,each two adjacent numerical points are connected to obtain the IDA curve,which is curved the slope of the line is the elastic slope of the ground motion record,and the IDA results of the seismic performance evaluation of the GMP factory building in pharmaceutical enterprises are output.Simulation results show that the lowest bit error rate can reach 0.202,which can accurately evaluate the seismic performance of GMP factory buildings in pharmaceutical enterprises.
