摘要
水电工程建设中将水电项目划分为各单位(单项)工程,确保了工程建设的齐头并进,但带来各标段之间施工过程中信息沟通不畅、资源调度不合理、全局掌控力度不佳等问题,而“互联网+”形态极大地推动了信息通信技术与水电建设行业的全面融合,通过“互联网+”把传感器、控制件、云端和人连接在一起,将传统水电建设的硬性监管模式转变为满足工程个性的智慧型监管模式。某水电站工程以混凝土生产工序和3D数字厂房为突破口,先后完成了拌合楼的网络化升级改造、施工车辆的物料绑定、作业人员的追踪定位、大数据计算平台的集成研发,实现以自动打料生产、合理化运输分配、全过程仓面浇筑监控。同时结合3D数字厂房的开发,有效地提升了工程施工质量和进度,降低了物料的浪费率,实现了工程施工过程中的决策管理智能化。
In the construction of hydropower projects,the hydropower projects are divided into unit(single)projects to ensure that the project construction goes hand in hand,but it leads to poor communication of information during the construction process between the bid sections,unreasonable resource scheduling,and overall control the“Internet+”form has greatly promoted the comprehensive integration of information and communication technology and the hydropower construction industry.The“Internet+”connects sensors,controls,clouds,and people,and connects the rigidity of traditional hydropower construction.The supervision model is transformed into a smart supervision model that meets the individuality of the project.A hydropower station project took concrete production processes and 3D digital workshops as a breakthrough,and successively completed the networked upgrade and transformation of the mixing plant,the material binding of the construction vehicles,the tracking and positioning of the operators,and the integrated research and development of the big data computing platform.Raw material production,rationalized transportation and distribution,and monitoring of the whole process of silo pouring.At the same time,combined with the development of 3D digital workshops,it can effectively improve the construction quality and schedule of the project,reduce the waste rate of materials,and realize the intelligent decision-making management during the construction process.
