摘要
随着经济社会的发展,民生建设的重要性日益凸显。党的十九届四中全会创新性地提出民生保障制度的概念,为我国民生建设提供了理论指引和制度支持。民生保障制度概念的提出是对社会保障制度理念和范畴的超越,它是中国特色社会主义理论自信与制度自信的体现,也是马克思主义中国化的新发展、新成果,在回应社会主要矛盾转变的同时,丰富了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。
With the development of economy and society,the importance of people's livelihood construction has become increasingly prominent.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee innovatively put forward the concept of people's livelihood security system,which provides theoretical guidance and system support for China's people's livelihood construction.The concept of the people's livelihood security system is a surpassing of the concept and scale of the social security system.This not only responds to the transformation of the main contradiction in society,but also enriches the content of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.This is not only a manifestation of the theory of self-confidence and self trust of China's socialism theory,but also a new development and new achievement of Marx doctrine in China.
