摘要
针对煤矿井下防水墙堵漏方式存在的施工量大、堵水效果差,给井下综采安全带来严重隐患的难题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下注浆堵漏防水技术,对该注浆堵漏的原理、注浆堵漏钻孔施工方案、注浆施工工艺等进行了分析,根据实际应用表明新的注浆堵漏工艺不仅能够将注浆堵漏效率提升64%以上,而且能够有效提升井下防水效果,对提升井下防水经济性和安全性具有十分重要的意义。
In view of the difficult problem that the underground waterproofing wall has large construction quantity and poor water plugging effect,which brings serious hidden trouble to the safety of fully mechanized coal mining,a new waterproof technology for underground grouting is put forward.The principle of grouting plugging,grouting drilling scheme and grouting construction technology are analyzed.According to the practical application,the new grouting plugging technology can not only improve the grouting plugging efficiency by more than 64%,but also effectively improve the underground waterproofing effect,which is of great significance to improve the underground waterproofing economy and safety.
